<div itemprop="description">Diana M. Stevens - Halifax. It is with great sadness the family of Diana Mae Stevens announce her unexpected passing on November 27, 2016. Born in Halifax on April 26, 1950. She was the daughter of the late Gordon and Mary Irene Stevens. <br>Diana worked for Ralph Clark Stone and CAA in Halifax doing clerical work. Although she only had one daughter she was very pleased to have 4 grandchildren. She was active in her local community. <br>Diana is survived by her daughter and son in law, Helena and Graham Bishop, her grandchildren, Amanda, Melanie, Matthew and Alex Bishop, as well as her sister, Catherine Kennedy and her sister in law, Yvonne Wiseman and several nieces and nephews. <br>Diana was predeceased by her brother James Wiseman and her parents Gordon and Mary Irene Stevens. <br> A celebration of Diana's life will be held in Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Road Halifax, on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 2PM followed by a reception in the funeral home. All friends and family are welcome to attend. <br>In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brunswick Street Mission in Diana's name would be greatly appreciated or to a charity of the donor's choice</div>
