<div itemprop="description">COLLINS, Edna Mae - 97, Halifax, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2016 in the QEII Halifax Infirmary Hospital. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Robie and Mae Goddard. In 1940 Edna married Clyde Collins who later initiated a film ministry in 1947. Edna was an instrumental part in Rev. Clyde’s 57 years of ministry. Surviving are sons Wayne, Halifax, NS and Barry (June) Kitchener, ON, Grandchildren Brian (Amanda), Toronto, ON, Jason, Sault Ste, Marie, ON, Jenny, Kitchener, ON, and April (Sean) MacLaughlin, Bedford, NS. Nine great grandchildren Charlotte, Jasper, Meadow, Lilly, Jason, Mandy, Analise, Ty and Isaac. Visitation is at Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Road, Halifax, Friday from 2-4 and 6:30-8:30 pm. A funeral service will be held at Full Gospel Church, 2256 Larry Uteck Boulevard, Bedford, NS at 1 pm Saturday, November 19, 2016 with burial in Sunrise Park Inter-Faith Cemetery, 2025 Prospect Road, Hatchet Lake, NS.
