MILSOM, Kenneth Roy “Ken”
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ken Milsom, 76, of Lakeside, on February 16, 2015 at the QEII Halifax Infirmary.
Ken was the son of the late Bill and Ruth Milsom. He worked for many years at the Lord Nelson Hotel as an Engineer. Ken is survived by his loving wife Betty, sons Donald (Shelley) Zinck, Dean (Michelle) Zinck, Ronnie (Bev) Hamilton, Billy Levette; sisters Marlene (Bobby) Lane, Doreen (George) Campbell, Margaret Roach; brother David and many grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Ken was predeceased by son Wayne; sisters Joyce and Thelma; brothers Walter, Buster and Bobby.
No visitation by request. Cremation has taken place under the care of Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Road, Halifax. The funeral service will be held on Friday February 20th at 2pm in the funeral home chapel, Rev Mark Pretty officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the staff members at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, 4.1 for the care and support they gave to Ken and his family.
