<div itemprop="description">Organ, Patricia Ann &quot;Patsy&quot; &ndash; Age 73, Halifax. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 5, 2014 in the Infirmary Site, QE II due to complications from a heart attack and pneumonia. Born in St. Albans Bay d&rsquo;Espoir, Newfoundland. She was a daughter of the late John and Margaret Organ. Along with her parents Patsy was predeceased by sister Laura O&rsquo;Quinn; brother Michael and brother in law Jonny O&rsquo;Quinn, Gordon Osborne, Jerry McIsaac and Johnny Collier. Patsy is survived by her son Shawn (Tracey) of Halifax, whom she raised by herself as a single mom. Siblings Philomena Osborne, Georgia, Dave (Catherine), Halifax, Margaret McIsaac, Codroy Valley, Newfoundland, Johnny (Mary), Halifax, Jenny Collier, St Albans Bay d&rsquo;Espoir, Newfoundland and Anthony (Shirley), Toronto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. <br /> <br />Patsy loved her outings with friends playing Bingo, going to the Casino, shopping, busing around town and eating out at the many restaurants in Halifax. She especially enjoyed being taken out to dinner by her son, Shawn. <br /> <br />Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held 2-4pm and 7-9 pm on Thursday April 10 with a Memorial Service 1:00 pm Friday April 11 followed by a reception all in Atlantic Funeral Homes, 6552 Bayers Road, Halifax. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart and Lung Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
