<div itemprop="description"> <p> Yeadon, Bruce Martin &ndash; 78 of Spryfield, passed away suddenly at his home, Wednesday November 7, 2012.&nbsp; Born in Halifax, he was the only son of the late George &ldquo;Bud&rdquo; Yeadon and Jean (Drysdale) Yeadon.&nbsp; He was the loving and devoted husband of 54 yrs to Pauline (Lee) Yeadon; &nbsp;Bruce is also survived by his 7 children, Carol (Ernest) Yarn, Halifax, Graham (Sharon) Yeadon, Bedford, Gloria (Dean) Clarke, Bedford, Gary (Elli) Yeadon, Hammonds Plains, David (Sharon) Yeadon, Halifax, Elaine (Jason) Haines, Halifax, Beth (Jack) Weir, Halifax; 14 grandchildren; sister, Joyce Conrad, Lower Sackville; several nieces and nephews. As a young man, he took over his father&rsquo;s stone quarry business for a few years.&nbsp; Bruce was employed by CNR for 34 yrs. He was a man of strong Christian faith and a member of the Full Gospel Church for many years. Bruce leaves behind a solid Christian Legacy for his family. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.&nbsp; Bruce loved gatherings with all of his family and friends and enjoyed playing his mouth organ. He had a great love for his pets. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.&nbsp; Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. Friday November 9 and Saturday November 10 from 2-4 p.m. at Full Gospel Church, 806 Kearney Lake Road, Halifax where a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday November 11. &nbsp;A private family interment will take place in the Yeadon family cemetery, Spryfield.&nbsp; In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Yeadon Cemetery Restoration Fund C/O Full Gospel Church.&nbsp; On-line condolences may be sent by visiting: www.atlanticfuneralhomes.com </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> </div>
