<div itemprop="description"><br />Saad Ibrahim Issa, 67, born in Andaket, Lebanon on April 12, 1949, passed away suddenly on March 21, 2016. Saad is the son of Victoria (Chaar) and the late Ibrahim Issa. He was predeceased by his wife Salwa. He is survived by his wife Carolann (Toulany) and his children, whom he loved very much, Hassan (Norma), Jihan (Elie), Chirine and Jad; his brothers Tony, Joseph, Emile, Fadi and sisters Amal, Laurette, Margo, Hannah and Antoinette; his grandchildren whom he lovingly adored, Gabriel, Salwa and Victoria; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Before coming to Canada in 1995, Saad retired from the Lebanese Army. Saad was the proud owner of Issa&rsquo;s Saj House, where he loved working every day from the day he opened in 2004. He was a friend to all who were fortunate to cross paths with him in this life. In his spare time, Saad loved hunting, spending time in the outdoors, working on cars and around the house. Although he will be greatly missed, we will always have fond memories of him, and he will forever remain in our hearts. <br />Condolences on Friday, March 25th, from 2- 4 and 7- 9 pm at Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Road Halifax. The Funeral Mass is tentatively scheduled for 11:30 am Saturday, March 26, 2016 in Our lady of Lebanon, 3884 Joseph Howe Drive, Halifax. Memorial donations in memory of Saad may be made to Our Lady of Lebanon or The Heart &amp; Stroke Foundation. <br /> <br /></div>
