<div itemprop="description">KERAMARIS, Theodore age 68 of Halifax passed away after a courageous battle on May 21, 2015 at the Victoria General Hospital. Born in Petralona, Evritania, Greece he was a son of the late Kostantino and Maria Keramaris. Theodore immigrated to Canada on March 24, 1970. He loved going to the camp with his friends, fishing and hunting. He had a passion and enjoyed cultivating his garden. Family was important to Theodore, he persevered over the years with many illnesses to be with and support his family. He is survived by his children Maria (Richard Michaud), Elizabeth (Troy Lawrence), Niki (Matt Chute), Konstantinos and Julia (Mark Giffin) Keramaris and their mother Vasiliki Antonopoulou, grandchildren Elias Lawrence, Deanna and Matteo Keramaris Michaud, Zoey and Nika Keramaris and Dasia Chute, sister Triatha Keramaris, brothers Niko, Paulo, Lukas (Alkmini) Keramaris, sister in law Katerina Keramaris, many cousins in Greece and the United States, nieces and nephews and special friend Cheryl Kays. Theodore was predeceased by his sister Elizabeth, brothers Giorgos (Margarita) and Fotios Keramaris, sisters in law Amelia and Fotini Keramaris. Visitation will be held 2-4, 7-9 pm, Monday May 25, 2015 at Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Rd, Halifax. A funeral service will be held 1 pm Tuesday May 26, 2015 at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Purcell&rsquo;s Cove Rd, Halifax. Burial in Fairview Lawn Cemetery, Halifax.
